  1. We’ll see about getting a picture for the Blog, but for now you’ll just have to settle for this description: Now in all of Sacramento there was no who was praised as much as Jamin for his good looks. From the sole of his foot to the crown of his head there was no blemish in him. Ok, so I modified this description of Absolom from 2 Sam. 14:25, to fit little Jamin, but seeing that he’s my child I have a right to brag or maybe this will prove a gift of prophecy. The name, which makes people look at us with furrowed brow, when mentioned, comes from Gen. 46:10 (a son of Simeon), 1 Chron. 2:27 (a son of Ram who was the great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather of David-bored yet?, and in Neh.8:7 (a teacher of the law under Ezra-gotta love him!). The name means right hand-like Benjamin (son of-Ben and right hand-jamin). The Wesley part is from John Wesley my “favorite” Christian through the ages-even if he was wrong on an issue or so. I also deeply admire John’s brother Charles and his mother Susanna (all young mothers should find out about this industrious and godly lady). Also, I want to thank all of the wonderful people who have been bringing us dinner every night for several evenings now. If this keeps up I just may not stop having kids! Sorry to bore you, but thanks for remembering us.
